VNO-NCW Brabant Zeeland plays a leading role in innovation, closely collaborating with our members and other organizations, facilitating new connections between entrepreneurs. VNO-NCW Brabant Zeeland offers both online and offline platforms where entrepreneurs can learn from each other and others, contributing through lobbying and advocacy to improving business conditions.

Our association has two core tasks: advocacy and facilitating meetings and knowledge sharing. Our members have identified three key themes: Labor market and education, Infrastructure and space, and Sustainability and energie. These themes guide our lobbying and advocacy efforts. In our Academy, we focus on a fourth theme that runs throughout our association: Innovation and entrepreneurship, emphasizing meetings and knowledge sharing.
At VNO-NCW Co-creatie, we work together towards a sustainable future for business parks, in partnership with entrepreneurs and governments. We firmly believe that collaboration is the key to finding solutions that work for everyone.

For advocacy and networks at the local and regional levels, we have 11 regions . In each region, we organize events on current themes, in addition to region-wide meetings, masterclasses, and communities.
VNO-NCW Brabant Zeeland has an executive board and a general board. The general board, led by our chairman Eric van Schagen, determines the policy of the association. VNO-NCW Brabant Zeeland has a professional secretariat for the preparation and implementation of the policy. A very enterprising group of people who are able to get a lot of work done quickly. This ‘well-oiled machine’ consists of our director Ellen Kroese, a team of regional managers and secretaries, each with their own portfolios, and supporting staff.
